Tomorrow is June 1st, which kind of implies that the weather, a person's attitude, the fruits and vegetables, everything should be screaming "Summer!" But instead I find the rain depressingly heavy for the season, the wind is cold and coming from the north, I ate a bad batch of cherries the other day. Summer is not here, unfortunately.
